Use of the marketplace
By purchasing lead packages from Lead Wire, you agree to use delivered data in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Accounts are for business use by brokers, funders, ISOs, lenders and sales teams.
Inventory and availability
Lead availability, field inclusion and documentation may vary by product and inventory. Targeting selections are preferences used to match orders with the closest available inventory.
If sufficient inventory matching your criteria is unavailable, we may contact you before fulfillment.
Payments and refunds
Orders are processed securely at checkout. Delivered exclusive inventory is removed from availability once assigned to your order.
Buyer responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for complying with applicable marketing, privacy, telecommunications and data-use laws when contacting merchants.
